You can get it from the Gangtok Tourism Office or the District Administrative Centre.
The ILP/RAP is valid for 30 days, and the PAP lasts for seven days. Applying for the ILP/RAP is free and can be done online or offline. However, if you're from Pakistan, China, Myanmar, or Nigeria, you’ll need special permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

9. Best Time to Visit Zero Point Sikkim
